artist dinos chapman masterminded the shoot. in one startling shot he envisions the russian beauty as joan of arc with the power station towering behind her like a ruined futuristic notre dame. "we shot at battersea power station because I wanted the landscape to be futuristic, an apocalyptic wasteland... we used mirrors to distort the background and heighten the sense of menace."
